Log Cabin

The perfect combination of nature and home comforts. Your fully self-contained Log Cabin is situated in the forest, overlooking the stunning Torne River. Beautiful in both summer and winter, this cabin has a welcoming feeling with a spacious living/dining area, complete with fireplace and north-facing windows.

Suitable for up to 4 people (2 in the bedroom + 2 on a sofa bed), the Log Cabin is a spacious and relaxing place for you to enjoy your holiday in comfort and style. A fully self-contained kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer in the bathroom, make this cabin ideal for longer stays, families, and those who appreciate the comforts of home in a unique location. Outside the cabin, there is a sauna and jacuzzi for shared use among guests, and the Torne River is just a 2 minute walk away. With multiple north-facing windows, the Log Cabin has been built to give you the best opportunity to enjoy the midnight sun during summer, or watch the northern lights dancing in the sky during winter.

Room information

Inside your cabin you have access to a fully-equiped kitchen, including a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle and coffee-maker. The bathroom has a washer and dryer for your convenience, and the fireplace in the living room adds to the cosy atmosphere. Outside the cabin, there is a sauna and jacuzzi for shared use among guests – a great way to view the northern lights out in nature!

Getting around

Aurora Camp is located 12km from the centre of Kiruna. It is in a unique and secluded location by the Torne River, surrounded by the beautiful forest.
We offer FREE on-site parking. There is no public transport but you can book a transfer with us at any time for 800 SEK/minivan one way (1-8 guests). Otherwise, we offer two standard transfers per day for 200 SEK per person during Winter season (December-March).

Aurora Camp to Kiruna City Centre 8:45am. Kiruna City Centre to Aurora Camp 16:30. Please note: All transfers must be pre-booked.
