Cancellation Policy

Payment of Packages:

When you book a package trip we will charge airfares when booking. Final payment must be received no later than 40 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy

Individual guests:

• Cancellation more than one week before the booked tour:
  We refund the total amount, except for booking fee 250 SEK.
• Cancellation more than 72 hours:
  We refund 50 % of the total amount
• Cancellation less than 72 hours:
  No refund.

Group: (more than 10 persons):

• Cancellation more than three weeks before the booked tour:
  We refund the total amount, except for booking fee 250 SEK.
• Cancellation more than 72 hours:
  We refund 50 % of the total amount
• Cancellation less than 72 hours:
  No refund

Any discrepancies regarding food allergy etc, please notify us in the “message”.

Change of booking:

We charge 200 SEK for every change for booking.

Please make sure that you get a confirmation when you make change/cancellation. Until then your cancellation/change are not accepted.
